242 mere mortals entered the gates of BIT one fine august morning in 1979, when it 1st came into existence.Now, more than 2510 students walk across our campus in v v puram everyday macha to become an engineer someday. Athma our college dance group, Zephyr the fashion team and Unicorn our rock band keep us highly entertained during our fest 'Aarohana'. Good 'ol MC a.k.a. mobile canteen where you?d find some of us BITians drinking half tea, munching on those delicious cakes and of course smoke! (we're guys da..that too engg students..so understand maadi!!)is one reason why we even attend class or rather inspired to bunk classes just to sit there. The parking lot beside Kim's, Titanic and Brahmin's are other places where we'll be seen chillin? out. Our coll is a combination of the 2 E's da macha- education and entertainment. So if u plan to be an engineer with a difference then BIT is the place for you.
