Kaleidoscope, the annual inter-collegiate youth festival of the Sophia College, Mumbai, organised by its students is today one of the most popular youth festivals of the city. Kaleidoscope – 2007 attracted more than 20000 students from colleges in and out of Mumbai. The theme of Kaleidoscope - 2007 was ‘Global warming’ and all the souvenirs, charts, hoardings and gift items were made out of waste. The college uplifted the cause to the extent that even the meetings were organized at the college staircase without utilizing any electricity! Kaleidoscope – 2007 saw exciting events like Electrocuted, Symphonique, Rhydhun, and Mr.& Ms. Kscope. The event Hard Mock Café deserves special mention, the participants of this event were some of the most sportive and creative people that any college fest has thus far witnessed! Them Clones was the headlining act for the rock show, driving rock fans crazy with their outstanding performances. Kscope – 2007 sure rocked the city, showing students how to have fun and be environmentally responsible as well. Kudos to the girls behind this!
