blog_comment mingleboxcounsellor has answered a question on Engineering
Answer : "Hello,

Preparing for engineering entrance tests, it depends on your focus, concentration, ability to grasp concepts, understanding and accuracy. The examination consists of three sections: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. AIEEE consists of CBSE syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and some common topics from Class XI and XII of state boards.Appropriate study material is the first thing an aspirant must have. You can join for coaching classes that will help you prepare for the examination both in terms of technique and study material. some of the coaching centers that we can name are Brilliants coaching center, FIITJEE provides course material in correspondence mode. Most of the coaching institutes for engineering colleges focus initially on getting the fundamentals right and this forms the basis for deeper and better understanding of both class XII course as well as the competitive exams, so get clear with the class XII material. There are several books that are available in the market to preapre for AIEEE, some of them that we can name are : H.C. Verma MODERN PHYSICS Physics by H.C. Verma,Knight IIT Maths by M.L. Khanna, Calculus and analytic geometry by Thomas and Finney, IIT Chemistry by O.P. Aggarwal and many more. Please check here for sample papers and details on AIEEE. All the Best.

Cheers.
