  An MBA will definitely add value to your resume and will provide you options in general management roles in firms. However, in terms of employability and acceptability by companies a full time course is the best, followed by a part time and then a Distance MBA. Usually a regular course from a good institute has more value in the job market than a Distance MBA. Also you will be able to avail the placement facility offered by the institute in case of regular MBA while in case of Distance MBA you will have to look for break on your own. Course structure wise both are almost same but difference is in exposure and interaction.
