- Which country do you want to study in? If its USA the you would have to give SAT I and SAT subject tests depending on your favored area of study and along with that TOEFL or IELTS most American Universities require TOEFL.If you want to apply for fall i.e. sept start applying now..anyway you should start now which ever country you want to apply for. For Uk, Aus, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore and many more you have to appear for IELTS. Approach a Foriegn Education Consultant Agencies or your foreign edu counselor at school. tuition fees vary from country to country and scholarships as well but many American universities offer scholarships(even full) for international students.
