Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Goa is all set to celebrate three days cultural fest “Waves 2011” from 03- 05th November 2011.

“Waves” is touted as the hottest cultural fest of the country where you get  a chance to dabble in a new art form or tap your feet to a new rhythm. Plus you get to win amazing prizes.
