The Results of Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2012 were declared on Sunday, March 11, 2012. The entrance exam was conducted by the All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE).  To avoid students from taking multiple entrance exams for admissions into management colleges across the country, AICTE introduced the CMAT entrance exam.

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) conducted the first national level Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2012 for admissions in all the programs approved by AICTE from February 20 to 28, 2012 across 61 cities.

The result gives information about the candidate’s score and all India rank (AIR). The individual CMAT scorecards containing the sectional cutoffs in addition to the total marks and AIR are set to be released on March 15, 2012. Vijay Kalyan Jha from New Delhi has topped the CMAT 2012 entrance exam.

Sujitkumar Virendranath from Mumbai and Kushagra Rajul Rahul from Rajkot have secured second and third rank, respectively. Among the top 10 candidates, five are from Mumbai. However, there is not a single female candidate in the top 11. “The entire examination went of smoothly.

The list of b-schools that would accept the Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) in 2012 has been released by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) on the CMAT website.

CMAT February 2012 Results is made available on the official website of AICTE. The CMAT Results were declared on the official website in the midnight of March 10.
