Registration for BITSAT 2010 Begins
The Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani is an all India Institution declared as Deemed to be University. Admissions to all the Integrated First Degree programmes of BITS, Pilani, at Pilani campus, Goa campus, and Hyderabad Campus for the academic year 2010-11 will be made on the basis of a Computer based Online Test conducted by BITS, Pilani. This test will be referred to as ‘BITS Admission Test – 2010’, in short as BITSAT-2010 which will be conducted from 10th May – 10th June 2010. Last date to apply for BITSAT-2010 : 30th January 2010
Integrated First Degree Programmes to which admissions will be made on the basis of BITSAT-2010 are B\.E\.(Hons.), B.Pharm.(Hons.), M.Sc.(Hons.), M.Sc.(Tech.).  BITSAT-2010 Test Format: All questions are of objective type (multiple choice questions); each question with choice of four answers, each correct answer fetches 3 marks, while each incorrect answer has a penalty of 1 mark (-1mark), and test will be of total 3-hour duration (without break).
