Technothlon, an international school championship, is being organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) – Guwahati this year. The aim of this competition is to promote logical thinking in the students over hardcore academics.
Students of Class 9 and 10 (junior squad) and Class 11 and 12 (hauts squad) are eligible to participate. The competition is held in two rounds – the first round is a preliminary written stage which will take place in schools all over India in the month of July. The top scorers from the first round will take part in the main event which will take place at IIT Guwahati.
Students can compete in pairs in the competition which is based on logical skills, overall dexterity and mental aptitude.
