Pinnacle Institute of Fashion Technology organized an inter-house poster and logo-making competition yesterday. Students from three different houses showed their creative and artistic skills, having something to do with different themes and styles. More than 75 students from fashion design, knitwear design, textile design and interior exterior design departments participated. The creations dealt with different themes in poster-making like female foeticide, swine flu, 26/11 terror attack, drug addiction and global warming.

Maninder Kaur Bindra of MSc first year grabbed first position for the theme “swine flu” while Heena Gogna of MSc first year, who went for the theme “global warming” and Gajendra of BSc fifth semester, who opted for the theme “drug-addiction”, shared second rank. Third rank was shared by Nintu of BSc third semester in logo-making and Gagandeep Kaur of BSc fifth semester for the theme “female foeticide”.
