Educational Qualification: Any graduates/PG can walk-in for the interview on above mentioned dates.

Job Description:

To handle In-bound calls at the National Call Centre based in Chennai as per Service Standards set.
To provide customer support for all classes of commercial / personal Insurance business of the company.
Servicing customer and attending to their needs and problems, providing solutions and suggestions.
To handle complaints as per defined process and SLAs.
Any other day-to-day tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Desired Profile:

Experienced professional with 2+ years experience at a Call Centre for both Voice and Non-Voice process. (Fresher are also welcome)
Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (multi-lingual will be an added advantage)
Analytical & interpersonal skills.
Positive & winning attitude.
Good listener, empathetic to customer needs.
Team player.
