LSAT 2014 Exam Dates

LSAT 2014 NotificationLaw School Admission Council (LSAC) has announced the exam dates for Law School Admission Test (LSAT 2014), which will be conducted in May 2014. The LSAT exam will be held on Sunday, May 18, 2014.

The LSAT-India is a standardized test of reading and verbal reasoning skills designed by the USA based Law School Admission Council for use by law schools in India. The LSAT-India will be administered across 16 cities in India. The test will be administered in a paper and pencil format.

Eligibility Criteria for LSAT 2014:

  • For Alliance College of Law, Bangalore: 
    • A candidate with 10+2 or equivalent examination from any recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates).
    • The maximum age limit for candidates is 20 years as on July 1, 2013 (22 years for SC/ST candidates).
  • For MATS Law School, Raipur: A candidate for admission to B.B.A. LL.B. (Honours) degree program should have passed the 10+2 examination in any stream with not less than 50% marks in aggregate (those appearing in 2012 are also eligible).

Application Procedure for LSAT 2014:

  • The registration fee is Rs. 3800/-. The fee can be paid online or by a demand draft/pay order/ banker's cheque.
  • Candidates can register for LSAT-India through online mode or by sending a demand draft.
  • The demand draft/pay order/banker's cheque (favoring NCS Pearson India Pvt. Ltd., payable at New Delhi/ Noida) should reach either by post or courier: Pearson VUE C/o Greenclouds 6708, DLF Phase - IV Gurgaon, Haryana-122008

Paper Pattern for LSAT 2014:

  • The exam will be a paper and pencil based test.
  • Only correct answers contribute to a candidate's score.
  • There is no negative marking or penalty for guessing.

  • Date of announcement of Results: Wednesday, June 11, 2014.
