MAT December 2013 NotificationAll India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the exam dates for Management Aptitude Test (MAT 2013), which will be held in December 2013. The MAT December is a paper or computer based test. Candidates can choose to take either paper based test or computer based test. The MAT December paper based test will be held on Sunday, December 01, 2013 and computer based test will be conducted from Saturday, December 07, 2013 onwards.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standardized test being administered since 1988 to facilitate Business Schools (B-Schools) to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programs. Govt. of India, Ministry of HRD approved MAT as a national level test in 2003. Any B-School - national or international can consider MAT exam scores as an admission input based on the score cards issued to the candidates.

Eligibility for MAT December 2013:

  • Candidates should have completed graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.
  • Final year students of graduate courses can also apply.

Application Procedure for MAT December 2013:

Candidate can choose any one of the following modes to apply.

  • Obtain form with MAT bulletin/CD against cash payment of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) from listed branches of Bank of Baroda, Axis Bank, listed study centres of AIMA or from AIMA, New Delhi.

                                              Or

  • Obtain crossed demand draft (DD) of Rs 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only) in favour of ‘All India Management Association’ payable at Delhi from any bank. MAT exam online registration can be done at http://apps.aima.in/matdec13 along with the DD details.

Important Dates:

  • Last date for sale of forms and online registration: Saturday, November 16, 2013.
  • Last date for submission of filled in online registration form at AIMA, New Delhi: Tuesday, November 19, 2013.
  • Date of paper based test: Sunday, December 01, 2013.
  • Date of computer based test date: Saturday, December 07, 2013 onwards.
