IIM-L represents India for the 1st time at International Food and Agribusiness Mgmt Association

A three member team from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow represented the country for the first time at the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association (IFAMA) Forum and Symposium, which was held in early July, 2012 at Shanghai, China.

The team comprised of three postgraduate students of Agribusiness Management of IIM Lucknow – Aditi Joshi, Nikhil Shanker and Rahul Kejriwal. They took part in the panel discussion and the case competition where they were reviewed by globally reputed business leaders and reputed academicians.

These students were accompanied by Professor Jabir Ali of the Centre for Food and Agribusiness Management at IIM-Lucknow who also presented three research papers; this was his sixth appearance at the IFAMA Symposium.

The 22nd edition of this annually organized event saw students and academia from leading global colleges such as Purdue University and corporate leaders such as the CEO of Nestle, China and also some Chinese political leaders.
