IIM-L (Indian Institute of Management Lucknow) awarded diplomas to its 517 management graduates at the 26^th annual convocation ceremony. IIM-L Director, Devi Singh and Chairman, Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council, C Rangarajan awarded the diplomas. These graduates will now be an addition to 4500 plus alumni of IIM-L.

The graduates receiving diplomas included 21 graduates from the 7^th batch of Agri business management, 364 students of 26^th batch of PG program in management, 58 students management for working professionals, 7 students of doctoral program and 67 students of international program in management for working professionals from Noida campus.

IIM-L focuses on consultancy and research by conducting extensive socially relevant research and consultancy project works on health management, agriculture, education, entrepreneurship, rural development and IT.

The institute introduced 30 fresh consultancy assignments during the entire year, 9 assignments were completed and 21 assignments are still in progress.

Two management programs were held by the Centre for Food and Agribusiness Management on Rural Development for Afro Asian Rural Development Organization where nearly 34 international participants from large number of African and other countries including China participated.
