In the current scenario of economic uncertainty, the risks are greater. Adding to these hurdles of market volatility are the technological advances that continue to transform business. But with sound strategic inputs, even the most volatile of times can be transformed into an opportunity for greater gains. Under the circumstances, leaders are expected to understand both the old and the newer economic models and devise strategies that are unique to their respective organisations. So the program aims at training executives for developing strategies to sustain such volatile times.
