The University of Calicut, School of Distance Education (SDE), Calicut has announced the exam dates for the CUMAT SDE 2012 which will be held in the month of August 2012. The CUMAT SDE 2012 will be held on Sunday, August 12, 2012.

The CUMAT SDE 2012 is the MBA entrance examination conducted for taking admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program under the distance mode for the commencing session 2012-13.

Eligibility Criteria for CUMAT SDE 2012:

The candidates should hold a degree from any discipline with not less than 50% marks (including languages).

Application Procedure for CUMAT SDE 2012:

• The online application form can be submitted on their official website - www.universityofcalicut.info.
• The entrance exam fee of Rs. 1000/- for general candidates and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates can be remitted at Malappuram District in the Head of account: 8443-00-106 PD Account of Calicut University.
• Fee by way of Demand Draft is acceptable only in the case of candidates residing outside Kerala. They should draw the DD in favor of the ‘Finance Officer, University of Calicut’, payable at State Bank of Travancore, Calicut University Branch.
• The printout accompanied by original challan receipt and two self addressed (Rs.5) stamped envelopes (SC/ST candidates must attach attested copy of Community Certificate) have to be forwarded to the ‘Director, School of Distance Education, University of Calicut, Calicut University (P.O.), Malappuram, Pin-673 635, Kerala’ before July 28, 2012.

Paper Pattern for CUMAT SDE 2012:

• The paper will be for a total of 120 marks.
• Questions will be based on English Language, test of reasoning, numerical ability and general awareness.
