The RET 2012 is conducted for admission to Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) program in various disciplines for the commencing session 2012-13.

A candidate holding master degree or its equivalent examination from any recognised university/institution with at least 55% marks in the main subject or in an allied subject is eligible.

• The application form can be downloaded from their official website - www.gkvharidwar.org.
• The application from can be obtained in person from the office of ‘Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar’ by paying Rs. 800/- in cash.
• The application form can also be obtained by post be sending a demand draft of Rs. 850/- drawn in favor of "Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya'' payable at Haridwar to ‘Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar’.
• The completed application form should be submitted at the office of ‘Registrar, Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar’.

Paper Pattern for Gurukala Kangri Vishwavidyalaya RET 2012:

• The paper will have 100 multiple choice questions for duration of two hours.
• Each question will carry one mark, making it a total of 100 marks.
