Now the people aspiring to join the Indian army will not have to appear for paper based examinations, as the army has decided to replace it with online tests. The new tests are meant to bring in transparency in the assessment and evaluation system.

The army will be conducting a Computer Based Test (CBT) on May 29, in Jaipur to recruit solider nursing assistants.

An official from Indian army revealed that this is the first time the army will be conducting a CBT in Rajasthan. The army is planning to introduce CBT pattern in the entrance exams for other posts also, as it would reduce the amount of human interference in the process of recruiting.

Sources disclosed that advanced computer labs would be setup for the purpose in Jodhpur, Kota and Alwar. However, the software for the test has been prepared in the Jaipur computer lab.
