LPCET 2013 Exam Dates

LPCET 2013 Exam DatesDepartment of School Education, Andhra Pradesh has announced the exam dates for Language Pandit Common Entrance Test (LPCET-2013) which will be held in May 2013. The LPCET 2013 entrance exam will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2013.

The LPCET is an entrance test, which is conducted by Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh for taking admission to one year Language Pandit Training Course (LPT) in Government IASEs/CTEs and Private Language Pandit Training Colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh for the commencing session 2013. LPCET will be conducted across 23 districts of the state.

Eligibility Criteria for LPCET 2013:

  • The candidate should be of Indian nationality.
  • The candidates should have completed 19 years of age as on July 1, 2013.
  • The candidates should satisfy the local / non local status requirements as per Presidential order 1974 and amendments thereon pertaining to Regulation of Admissions in Educational Institutions in Andhra Pradesh.

Application Procedure for LPCET 2013:

  • The application form is available on the official website - www.lpcet.cgg.gov.in
  • The cost of the application form is Rs. 200/- which can be paid through APONLINE or e-seva centers.
  • After payment of the application fee, the application form should be submitted online

Paper Pattern for LPCET 2013:

  • The LPCET entrance test paper is objective type containing only multiple choice questions.
  • The test is of one and half hours duration, with maximum marks of 100.
  • The test paper is divided into four sections namely: current affairs (20 marks), numerical ability (10 marks), language (30 marks) and literature (40 marks).
