MDI-Gurgaon celebrated ten years with national seminar on Management Research

Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon,on occasion of  completing 10 years of the Fellow Programme organized a National Seminar on "Frontiers of Management Research in India".
The seminar saw well-known personalities from academia and industry reflect on management research, knowledge creation and entrepreneurship during the panel discussions.


Speaking at the seminar Prof. M P Jaiswal, Dean- Research, MDI, said, “In this era of Knowledge Economy one question which often hinders me is that when and how Indian economy transit from Transaction based to that of IPR based?”
Prof. Yash Pal lauded MDI’s initiative of giving research its due importance and enlightened the audience as he stated that that the first thing for a researcher is curiosity, going through data and manipulation will not be able to give an outcome if one does not have the understanding of the research problem. One has to be passionate and deeply involved to have a means to research.
