SBTET Diploma C09 1st Year 3rd Semester Exam Results 2011 is expected to be declared in the 2nd week of February 2012. Last year the Results were declared on 11th February 2011, for the exams that were held in the year 2010, so this year also the Results are expected to be declared on the same date.

Candidates can access their results for the examinations that were held in 2011 by logging onto the official website. To view the Results one must enter the Student Hall Ticket Number in the box provided and click on the 'submit' button.

About State Board of Technical Education & Training

The State Board of Technical Education & Training (SBTET), which was established in 1984, Andhra Pradesh is an autonomous body for administration of examinations and to see after the academic requirements of Polytechnics in the State.

The Director of Public Instruction (D.P.I.) used to head the Technical Education also at the time of formation of Andhra Pradesh. To help speed up the process of development of Technical Education, a Board in the name and style of “State Board of Technical Education & Training “was created vide G.O.Ms.No.371 Edn-dated 26.2.1957. The Joint Director (Technical Education) of DPI used to act as secretary of this newly formed Board.

The Board is formed as a statutory body under the A.P. Education Act-1982 (act 1 of 1982), an act of assembly, in the present form, vide G.O.Ms.No.140. In accordance with the powers conferred by Sub-Sections (1) and (2) of Section 6 read with Sub-Section (1) of Section 99 of the said Act, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have established a Board of Technical Education "The State Board of Technical Education & Training, Andhra Pradesh" in G.O.Ms.No.140, dated in 1984.
