GMAT Score:

Several universities recommend that you take the GMAT. They accept the scores as part of the application. However, it’s not a pre-requisite for most business schools in the UK. As a result, only students aspiring to join top schools such as Manchester Business School or London Business School are required to worry about their GMAT scores.

TOEFL/IELTS Score:

Applicants are required by almost every university in the UK to take either the IELTS or TOEFL for joining the MBA program they offer. Even those from English medium schools are required to take the exam.

Total Expenses Incurred:

A student pursuing an MBA from a high-cost university in the UK would pay a tuition fee of £12,000–30,000. The average living costs would amount to £7,500 per year. So the annual costs would add up to £19,500 – 37,500. A student pursuing an MBA from a university with a medium ranking would pay a tuition fee of nearly £9,000 – 12,000. So including the annual living costs £7,500 the total cost would add up to £16,500 – 19,500. The more economical private colleges would charge a lesser tuition fee and living costs are likely to be around £5,000 the total annual cost amounting to £12,200–14,000.

Scholarships and Financial Aid:

For pursuing MBA in UK, students mostly do not find any financial aid. Although some universities at times waiver off a part of the tuition fees for some students with exceptional backgrounds. Not a lot of options are available for Scholarships while pursuing MBA in UK. Mostly all students fund their expenses while pursuing MBA from UK.
