The Bachelor of Business, with majors in marketing and Management, is one of the most popular and dynamic degrees offered by most of the Business Schools. This is specially designed to give you an excellent grounding in business and will prepare you for the exciting challenges of the new economy.

Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) is Undergraduate programme of three years offered in Management by many universities worldwide. This course is designed to ensure that students are familiar with management practices and techniques that prevail in the corporate world.

Eligibility Criteria :

Pass in Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2 or equivalent of any recognized Board or Council in any discipline. Marks obtained at the qualifying examination shall normally be the basis of admission.

Course Duration :

  • The course duration of BBM is three years.
  • The course is based on semester system and each semester is of 6 months.

Subjects of Study:

Some of the common subjects studied would be Business Economics, Fundamentals of Accounting,Business Management,Business Mathematics, Business Statistics , Financial Accounting, Organizational Behavior , Business Environment , Business Communication, Human Resource Management, marketing Management, Corporate Accounting, Services Management, International Business, Business Research Methods, Business law , Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Production & Operations Management, law & Practice of Banking , Computer Fundamentals , Income Tax , Strategic Management , Management Accounting, Computer Application in Business, Project Management , Entrepreneurial Development , HRM ,  marketing,  Finance,  Information Technology Management,  Insurance, Advertising & Media Management, Tourism , International Business.

Career Scope:

The primary purpose of the three year programme of Bachelor in Business Management, is to provide a high quality professional education in business to the youth who wish to: a. Join Executive positions in industries, business and Non- Government Organizations (NGOs). b. To serve as business-oriented professionals.

You can also choose to work in the corporate world in finance, sales/marketing, human resources, operations and systems roles. All companies have strong sales departments, also finance and human resources departments and hence there is immense potential for job opportunities for those who wish to work with the private sector, as:
  • Human resources manager
  • Logistics manager
  • Operations manager
  • Project manager
