Career Scope: Globally, hotel industry offers a wide spectrum of employment opportunities from highly trained managers, specialized chefs, sales and marketing wizards to guest relations executives in sectors like hotels, resorts, restaurants, industrial catering, airline, shipping and passenger cruise industry, hospitals, educational institutions etc. Also there are lots of well-paid and interesting openings for hotel management graduates in various fields like: hotel and restaurant management, airline catering and cabin services, club management, cruise ship hotel management, hospital administration and catering, hotel and tourism associations, forest lodges, guest houses, Institutional Management (supervising canteens in college, schools, in factories, company guest houses etc.), catering departments of railways, banks, armed forces, shipping companies, hotel and catering institutes and self employment.
