M.Phil(Banking,Finance and Insurance)- Stands for Master of Philosophy in Banking, Finance and Insurance. Typically, an M.Phil degree is four years post graduate program, minimum eligibility for which is a first or upper-second class degree in a relevant subject, such as economics, finance, accounting, business or management. Subjects studied under this degree are Asset Pricing and Financial Markets, Microeconomics and Corporate Finance, Mathematics, Statistics/Econometrics or Advanced Econometrics.
