Principal - Engineering

8-10 years experience in technology, Computer Science and Engineering background and significant exposure to consumer internet domain and Java technologies. As the head of the engineering team, you would lead the product development team and take charge of the design, development and deployment process. Strong technical capability, lateral thinking and problem solving skills, willingness to be totally hands on when required, ability to wear multiple hats and a talent for team building and motivation are key to this role.

Product Managers

You will manage one or more product lines starting with identifying consumer requirements, defining the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap working closely with the Engineering team. Will also involve constantly improving key product metrics, competitive analysis and identifying areas for differentiation. 3-5 years relevant experience in product management and consumer marketing roles with exposure to internet/wireless, new media products will be key. MBA with preferably engineering background. A high level of interest and passion for consumer internet world will be a necessary criterion.

Development Engineer Leads

4-8 years technology experience with Computer Science and Engineering background. Strong hands on skills in Java/J2EE technologies and exposure to architecting and developing internet applications is required. As a lead the role will involve conceptualization, design/architecture, algorithmic problem solving and application programming. Familiarity with Ant and Open Source Java Frameworks like JUnit, Struts, Hibernate.

Product Development Engineers

BTech/MTech in Computer Science with 2+ years experience. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an aptitude for application programming and exposure to Java/J2EE and internet technologies is required.

Web/UI developers

Hands on experience in building highly interactive web sites and proficiency in the latest front end web technologies. Skills in HTML, DHTML, CSS, Java/JSP, AJAX, and browser specific JavaScript, XML processing and XSLT design and working knowledge of Apache and Tomcat. Audio/Video streaming and Image manipulation skills will be a plus

Operations Manager

Lead Sys Admin/DBA/Ops Engineer will be responsible for all operational aspects, so must be skilled in Sys Admin, mySQL Admin and all aspects of release and production operations. Will include maintaining uptime service levels, monitoring and troubleshooting operations, network administration, database ops and scaling the operation and processes with the business. Overall 4-6 years experience with hands-on Linux Administration, experience with Apache/Tomcat, network and performance monitoring tools, shell scripting and familiarity with production hardware specifications will be important.

Test Engineer

We're looking for a detail-oriented software test engineer to drive the functional, load/performance and system testing efforts of our applications. Given the rapid pace of new product development at minglebox, you will have to define and execute a highly dynamic set of functional tests, identify bugs and stay focused to ensure that the defined functionality is delivered and bug free. 3-5 years experience with significant exposure to testing internet applications with a software engineering background. Familiarity with testing tools and scripting languages as well as Java, JUnit and Linux is important.
