Karnataka’s over 15, 000 engineering seats still vacant after counseling

Even after the second round of extended counseling of the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET 2016)   by  Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) , over 15,561 seats are still left to be filled in major engineering streams.
