AECS Maaruti College of Nursing (AECSMCN), Bangalore was established in 1962 by AECS Group. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. The College is approved by Karnataka Nursing Council, Karnataka. AECS is the group of Amrith Educational & Cultural Society and Sri Bharathiya Vidyarthy Nilaya Education Society, Bangalore. The societies aim to bridge the rural - urban gap, to instill self confidence and sense of self esteem in all rural student so that they are equal in all respect with their urban counterpart in their career opportunities. A variety of teaching and learning techniques are employed to impart knowledge and skills to the students in the various departments.
