Placement Process At AKSIME:-
Invitations are sent to the companies for placements.
Companies are required to fill up and submit the Response Form attached with the placement brochure.
A mutually agreed date is decided for Pre-placement talk and summer placements.
Date and Slot are allotted to the company for Lateral placement / Final placement.
Pre Placement Talk (PPT) -
The pre placement talks provide an excellent opportunity for the students to know the company profile, its offers and the career growth paths available. Companies give a formal presentation which is followed by an interactive session on queries of students.
Selection Process -
The selection process is decided as per the rules & regulations of the institute and requirements of individual companies.
Final Placement -
The scheduling of a company is done according to student preferences where in following criteria are considered.
