Auckland University of Technology (AUT), North Shore Campus was established in 2000 under Education Act, 1989. It is New Zealand’s newest university but its history in industry relevant education is over 110 years old. AUT is the youngest of the 8 New Zealand universities and the only one to be established since the 1960s. AUT is a contemporary university, with a distinctive approach to teaching and learning, focused on providing student-centered, innovative and responsive learning experiences.
