Overview

Annamalai University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology (FEAT), Cuddalore was established in 1945. FEAT is the second engineering college of the state. The FEAT has proudly celebrated its golden jubilee in the month of April 1996 and diamond jubilee in the year 2005. The Faculty of Engineering and Technology has entered into memorandum of understanding with Ball State University of USA and with Fukui University of Japan.

This will enable the academic exchange of the staff and students between their university and the Fukui University. In addition, they have also entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia for promotion of technical collaborations. The FEAT has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kumamoto University, Japan for collaboration in the area of materials processing using explosives. This will promote academic exchanges.
