The two-year programme aims to provide knowledge and skills which develop confidence in the students to work on problems in the organisational framework. The modular design of the curriculum stimulates conceptual and perceptual skills. To develop an understanding of actual managerial practices, each student is required to undergo practical training of 8-10 weeks after completing the first year with a business enterprise as a part of the course curriculum.
