The specific objectives of the Programme are:

To impart theoretical knowledge in all the basic and functional areas of management.
To develop analytical, problem solving and decision making capabilities in the participants by exposing them to the use of various management tools and techniques.
To stimulate understanding of real business world through emphasis on cases that simulate real life situations.
To inculcate values and attitudes which make for social awareness and responsibility.
