COURSE OBJECTIVES This course aims at preparing a strong base to grow as a
full-fledged Computer Science Professional with a clear focus on
Computer Organization, various Logic Design Techniques with upto date
Low Level and High Level Computer Languages Exposure to Linux &
Unix. This Course also focuses on different aspects of Digital Logoc
Design, Data Base Management etc.
CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Depending on the stream chosen, students who study this course
will be fully equipped to enter one of the following areas:
Field of Telecommunications, Hardware Electronics Industries like
Microprocessors, VLSI Design, Optical Fiber Communication and
Technology labs/industries, Image Processing, Software Professionals etc.
INFRASTRUCTURE The department as spread over 2300sqm with an independent wing
block. The department houses centralized Air-conditioned and
well-furnished Software labs with sufficient power backup and latest
computing facilities. The department also has equipped with the
hardware laboratories with modern Wi-Fi Internet connectivity.
