Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur a government technical institute in Uttar Pradesh. It is a leading engineering and technology college in the state. KNIT Sultanpur was established in 1976. It is affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, UPTU, Lucknow and approved by All India Council of Technical Education, AICTE, New Delhi.
The college was set up by Kamla Nehru Memorial Trust in 1976. However, it was taken up by the UP Government in 1979. Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology Sultanpur produces top-grade engineers with skill sets comparable with the best in the world.
