Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Institute of Pharmacy, Nadia was established in 2004 managed under Modern Technology and Paramedical Society (MTPS). Modern Technology and Paramedical Society is one of the fastest growing non profit seeking organization in West Bengal which was established on 1999 by Mr. Dulal Chanda under Society Registration Act, Govt. of West Bengal through the gradual thoughts, plans and ideas of some eventful personalities who dared to dream to provide international standard education of highest quality to meet the present global demand of technology in India & abroad. The nucleus of MTPS hub consists of professionals and dynamic individuals who have got legacy of proven track record. MTPS society is deeply rooted in social economical values with the motive for welfare of people.
Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Institute of Pharmacy is among the fastest growing institutes of Pharmaceutical Science in West Bengal. The college is affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT), Kolkata and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Govt. of India and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.
Objectives :-
To promote free education and medical services for the poor and underprivileged
To promote Pharmacy College, Dental College, Medical College and other related Medical and Pharmaceutical institutes for development of health care of Eastern India.
To provide advisory services and technical assistance, for reinforcing the people’s knowledge system, assisting to develop IT studies, nutrition education and development other viable and sustainable programmers for the benefit of the poor.
To provide links to credit and support services to the poor. To provide grants in kind and cash for human development and institutional building directed towards strengthening the production capacity of the poor.
To help establish new institutions for poverty alleviation
To promote the establishment of homes for the senior citizens, Rehabilitation of victims of Drug Abuse, Enlistment of destitute and socially oppressed woman
To provide care center for spastics and the Handicapped Inmates
