The PGDM Global program incorporates AICTE recognized PGDM and an internationally recognized qualification of "Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies (APDMS) level 7", from EDEXCEL, U.K. The PGDM (GLOBAL) is a truly global and highly valued program as it ensures high quality training and education, with special focus on Marketing, Finance and HRM. Learning pedagogy is highly activity oriented and delivered through guest lectures, classroom lectures, seminars, paper presentations, group discussions, debates, role plays, simulations, quizzes, tests, projects and assignments.

Nova's Corporate Traineeship Programme (CTP) reveals viable career paths through hands on learning experiences with adequate competencies in line with the employment requirements. It allows one to work on challenging, live projects and hone skills continuously through frontline activities. The experience one gains will be useful throughout the working life and one also gets to know new people within the business to forge new networks for the road ahead

• Eligibility: Any recognized degree from Indian University with any stream
