Patna Science College, Patna was established in 1927 as the Science Department of Patna College and formally opened on 15th November 1928 by the then Viceroy, Lord Irwin. This Day is celebrated as foundation day. The College is also famous for its research and development activities. Five different laboratories are located in separate buildings.
