S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research (SP JIMR), Mumbai is one of the premier business schools of India. The institute is managed by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan and was inaugurated in 1981 by the then British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. SPJIMR is not affiliated to any university and is completely self financing and autonomous institution. The institute has gone global and as a result it has established S.P. Jain Center of Management in Dubai and Singapore. The campuses in Dubai and Singapore offer a Global MBA program and a two-year Executive MBA program.
SP JIMR has been amongst top ten B-Schools not only in India but also in South Asia. It presents courses in the field of management studies, at the PG level which are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) and has accorded ‘A’ Grade accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
