Shivaji College was established in 1961, is a constituent college of the University of Delhi and is run under the trusteeship of Delhi administration. It is a co-educational institution and imparts instructions in various subjects at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels. Shivaji College is one of the oldest and popular colleges in the University of Delhi. This College has everything to offer to a student, who looks forward to excellence in academics, extra-curricular activities, sports and many other fields.
Shivaji College was established with the single aim of providing education to young girls and boys from West Delhi. Today, Shivaji College is the destination not only for students from West Delhi but also for students from various places outside Delhi. It is the hub of education and research as the College offers up-to-date infrastructure.
