Sreepathy Institute of Management and Technology (SIMAT) , Vavanoor is a new generation Engineering college promoted by Sreepathy Trust with the intention to provide quality technical education. College is affiliated to Calicut University of Calicut and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education. College strives for excellence with the help of a highly qualified and experienced faculty, ably supported by a professional management team, competent support staff, and world class infrastructure which is among the best to be found in institutions of learning.
The main vision of the college is to strive for excellence in generation and dissemination of knowledge. College was intended to be a self-financing engineering college with a distinct identity and a center of excellence different from the many Engineering colleges in Kerala.
