St. Joseph's College of Commerce (SJCC), Bangalore was bifurcated from St Joseph's College of Business Administration in 1972. The college is an autonomous institution affiliated to Bangalore University. St. Joseph’s College of Commerce seeks to be the place where search for knowledge co-exist with sense of responsibility to the life of the community, where understanding is coupled with commitment, where academic excellence goes with the cultivation of virtue and where a community is formed which sustains men and women in their education and their conviction that life is only lived well when it is lived generously is the service of others.

The B.Com. Course is divided into 6 semesters. Each semester comprises of 18 weeks including the period of preparation for the semester examination. Right through the semester the student will be evaluated on a continuous basis. The Continuous Internal Assessment (CIA) will carry a weightage of 50% of the marks on which the student is evaluated. The End Semester Exam (ESE) constitutes the other 50%. There is an exception in the case of languages where the ratio between the continuous internal assessment and end semester exam is 30:70.

International Finance, which deals with raising Capital from International Markets. International Logistics, which deals with the distribution, network for making the goods from the country of production to the foreign country.
