The St.Joseph's College of Engineering under the aegis of Jeppiaar Educational Trust was instituted in 1994 in accordance with general policy of the Government of Tamil Nadu, it gives high priority to Technical Education in order to meet the growing demands of trained Engineers to various industrial and development projects in Tamil Nadu and rest of India.
Campus of The St.Joseph's College of Engineering-
The College is situated at Jeppiaar nagar, 12 Kms, South of Adayar, Chennai on the Old Mamallapuram road. The campus spreads over an area of 70 acres and has 7.4 Lakh Sq.ft. of infrastructural area built in RCC which include class rooms, drawing halls, laboratories, workshops, library and other associated facilities.The campus has well equipped classrooms, labs, sports facilities, canteens amongst others.
