Overview

Vemana Institute of Technology (VIT), Bangalore was established in 1999. The college is approved by AICTE, is sanctioned by the government of Karnataka and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University. Vemana Institute of Technology has traversed a long way and occupied a position of eminence among top technical institutions in the state of Karnataka. It has been the flagship institute of Karnataka Reddyjana Sangha with the prime objective of imparting quality technical education to the budding aspirants.

 

The aim of the college is to provide the students with a good professional platform and train them to successfully fulfill the challenges of corporate world and to impart quality technical education and provide sustained excellence in specialized fields of engineering thereby molding the students to become responsible individuals with human values.

The training & placement cell of the VIT serves as a link between engineering graduates and industry. The cell is responsible for generating and getting the students aware of information pertaining to the demands and the recruitments going on. The aim of the cell is to increase the number of placements and meet corporate level requirements in the areas of soft skills, aptitude and other essential areas. The placement cell conducts training programs for each semester about 30 hours by reputed external agencies.
