About Welingkar
Prin. L. N. Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research is a part of the Shikshana Prasaraka Mandali that manages around 43 educational institutes in Maharashtra.
Established in 1977, the institute features among the premier Business Schools in India, having campuses in Mumbai and Bangalore. The Institute run programs approved and accredited by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the National Board of Accreditation (India), Govt. of India and the SAQS (South Asian Quality Assurance System).
Welingkar Education has always been known to be the most innovative B school for the pioneering initiatives it has taken in various fields. The institute always promises and practices an experiential learning pedagogy. To keep abreast with these dynamic changes, there is a dire need for students to develop global mindset, hone their leadership skills, achieve greater awareness of self & context, build holistic thinking skills, develop empathy & ethical perspectives & Soft Skills.
At Welingkar, we have always focused to nurture our students as Global citizen managers and our AAA approach is a step to advance in that direction. AAA is an acronym for Acquisition, Application and Assimilation of knowledge.
