Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi has successfully concluded its summer placement for the class of 2012-2013 with 90 companies, out of which 36 were first-time visitors. ISB buckles up for the biggest placement season ever

Like all B-schools, placement season is one of the most hectic periods for ISB (Indian School of Business) . But this year, ISB has the largest batch ever. This year ISB has nearly 770 students to place. ISB has 570 students in Hyderabad campus and 200 students in Mohali, Chandigarh respectively. Non IIMs receiving plenty of PPOs from big giants

Despite of economic gloom, large number of PPOs (Pre-Placement Offers) are pouring in at non IIMs such as IIFT (Indian Institute of Foreign trade) , NMIMS and XIMB. IIM-C to bring in preference system for upcoming summer placements

IIM-C (Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta) has decided to introduce functional preferences system for its summer placement process beginning from November 5, 2012. As per the new system, student can accept more than one offer on the same day and select the best out of them. IIM-C students receive summer internship offers from World Bank

For the first time ever the World Bank has extended 3 summer internship offers to IIM-C (Indian Institute of Management-Calcutta) students. The students have been recruited for the financial instruments and treasury departments. The process began on November 5 and institute received over 230 internship offers from the recruiters.
