New TOEFL test dates declared

In some Indian cities the new TOEFL iBT test dates have been declared as August 10, 16 and 31 and September 7, 13 and 27. ETS has decided to introduce a fee waiver just for the August 10 test date as it is the closest test date, which will require a late fee. Candidates can register through phone by calling at India call center 91-124-4147700 from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30 pm.
