B.Tech. Textile Technology - Stands for Bachelor of Technology in Textile Technology. Typically, a B.Sc. is a three year course, minimum eligibility for which is an intermediate (10+2) in science. Subjects usually studied under this degree are Textile Fiber, Yarn Formation, Fabric Formation, Chemical processing of Textile, Textile Testing and instruments, Applied Mechanics, Statistics, Design and Structure of Fabric, Computer Application in Textiles etc.

Basic Eligibility

 

For admission in a bachelor’s degree, the candidate must have passed the higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as biology, maths and chemistry. For IITs, It is mandatory to qualify in the Joint Entrance Examinations (J.E.E).  The duration for this course is 4 years.
