Alliance is surely a good college. Christ, IILM -Gurgaon, Delhi, BIMM, IMM are a few other names. Rest it also depends on your score in MAT which collges you get selected in.

aakanksha3146: First of all what is your MAT %ile? If its above 90 then only go in for it otherwise there are very little chances of getting selected. And if you have good acads or work ex, go in for it. Most importantly, your confidance level, if its good enough go and grab the opportunity. But you must also know that the fee structure of Alliance is pretty heavy. If you can afford it, nothing like that, but if you can't , there are many other options like Christ, BIMM, IILM which are equally good and the fees is also reasonable.

shradha1611: 90 is a good percentile. You should apply for Alliance, Christ, BIMM,Asia Pacific, IILM delhi, Gurgaon, Bimtech.... But you need to perform really well in the GD/PI to get into any of these as u'll face a lot of competetion in any of these colleges.

ankit6118: well actually kriti,, i m a student of delhi,, i know more about the colleges in Delhi and ncr,, WELL IILM mathura road is not a part of IILM(Gurgaon and Delhi lodhi road), it is a separate identity and dont know the history about all these thing,
well the level of the GD/PI in christ is quite tough,, you cant imagine GD/PI to be easy in top colleges,, it includes all good college,,,including SNAP,,
also SNAP test's date is far away now you should concentrate on written exam of SNAP. GD/PI is the next step.

well congarts for your score in MAT its great.
well all colleges are good to do MBA,, all are in Delhi and NCR
well i would seggest IILM, as is it is the best college to do MBA in Delhi and NCR.it has got the best faculty, placements, corporate relations, course structure, amn everything that needs to be the best in the feild
and ya IILM also run a scholarship scheme, and the eligibility is 80%+ in 10th and 12th, 65%+ in graduetion and 95+ percentile in MAT, for 100% scholarship. and for 50+ scholarship, 75%+ in 10th and 12th, 60%+ in graduation and 85+ percentile in graduation.

well talking about the good colleges to do MBA,, i would suggest names like,, alliance,Bangalore and christ,Bangalore ,, loyala business school, amity,Noida and IILM,(Gurgaon and Delhi lodhi road)
all are good college, well dude you have done just a part that is writing for MAT but this is not it you have to perform well in GD/PI of respective college.
but I am sure you will abe to do so
well if you want to take admission in south then i would say alliance is best and in north IILM is definately s the best one.

roxstar: hey there are some colleges that start earlier than the normal session. Which ever college you are interested in you can know about their session.. If the sessions starts before May 2010, then you can go for those colleges...

in my suggestion the best college for you will be like IILM,, although its is college whose standards are something more than oyu have got(77 %tile), butthe good thing about IILM is that it is not a college who just saw your MAT score, yes it is a criteria, but it is not the only one, they saw your entire personality.
If you would able to perform well in the GD/PI taken by them,, then you definitely have a great chance.
well other colleges are, according to the standards whose cut off are around 70 to 80 are Asia pacific,, JMIS and jaypee all are in Delhi.
well before taking final decision do visit IILM campus and interact with the students there. oyu would got a better view.

UIAMS,Chd is a good option if you want a college in chd but it conducts its own test in March but from this year it might fall under CAT only. Other than this chd has very limited options.
